Born in the Americas, or any place between the Americas and the International Date Line. As for my IQs: #1: Ronald Reagan succeeded [Jimmy Carter](http://www.straightdope.com/columns/read/950/what-was-the-deal-with-jimmy-carter-and-the-killer-rabbit) #2: Was indeed Roy Rogers. #3: Could also have been Ronald Reagan, but I had forgotten about the film - in the Watchmen comic, Robert Redford is mentioned as running to succeed Nixon. ---
