I agree again. This board can be rough, that’s one reason I like it. Those who can’t handle it eventually leave, sometimes I will help them out the door. I am an absent minded professor. While in most jobs being forgetful is a detriment, here it just gives me “character.” I’m fairly new here, and I already have my own house party going. The closest to nasty most people have been to me is to use the dismissive “get over it/get a life” response, which I’ve received from… DIANE!! Well, I got a life and got over it. Oh, I’m not holding my breath, Diane. I knew you’d never name names. These Mystery Posters will just continue to commit their crimes against newbieness without being identified. Someone get Amnesty International on the horn. If I were a newbie who wanted to contribute, as we all once were, I’d know from reading the board that my post should be coherent and well-thought out. Hell, I flame **regs** who make incoherent posts. Look, the purpose of this board, MPSIMS notwithstanding, is to stamp out ignorance. Notice the verb, **stamp**. This board was built on a foundation of reason, intellect and attitude. The posters I admire most dispense useful information with a tinge of attitiude. Of course, I don’t want to name names. Well, speaking as the elected Most Popular Poster of The 20th Century, I have to say that there is no clique. The ones who think there is a clique are generally people who wish they were a part of something that I fear doesn’t exist. Some people said that the chat room atendees were a clique. Well, there is not an admission fee to chat… Why don’t you just go there instead of whining about how sometimes the people in chat hear about things that those not there do not, eh? Let me finally state that if, indeed there is a clique, and I am a part of one, feel free to become my friend and I’ll gladly allow you into this inner circle of whatever it is you think is the clique.
