Well, IIRC from my heavy weed days (about 7 years ago), we (i.e. the 90’s neo-hippy Grateful dead/Phish scene) generally differentiated between shwag (the lowest quality) and kind (the highest, which included kush, and a whole bunch of other names I can’t quite remember. I think many assumed these subnames were official species classifications, and perhaps many of them are; sativa or indica comes to mind). Never heard of stress, but I guess it’s the same as shwag.
Schwag was typically $15 - $20/an eighth; and generally $100 - $130/an oz.
Kind was 40 - 70/ an eighth and 325 - 400/an oz.
