No. First, the “special additives” consist of concentrates of the natural food stuffs that cause them to have the pink color as opposed to being white. Second, they are not adding anything to the fish during processing. The addition is to the fish’s diet, which is a different issue. If they dumped dye onto the fish, that would probably need to be listed somewhere, but just feeding it extract of crustacean is not the same thing.
