Well, it worked.” \*This is the anglophone spelling of Polish words. I long ago gave up learning Polish pronunciation rules, since their written language was developed during the Great Vowel Famine. ---

The Siamese only shed when they are stressed. Since they rule the roost that doesn’t happen much. I on the other hand am stressed daily by their demands. I would be bald if my hair fell out because of them. They are very beautiful, soft and sleek and perfect\*. \*(I am required to say these things) ---

Had to yell at both Dixie and Doxie this week. _ **“GIVE IT UP!”** _ Both caught beasts of the field. Doxie managed to eat about half of his before I wrenched his jaws open. I think the photo is of the intact prey. it seems to have all of its parts. I’m suspecting some North American wildlife I’m unfamiliar with - or the aforementioned very fat rat with an odd tail. ---

Yeah, that is Dixie’s kill. No picture of the “half-a-rat”. It was pretty horrible looking after it got Doxed. I think that is a very plump Pack Rat. Larger ears and hairy tail. And now quite dead. Dixie is a stone killer! ---

Gato…I hand it to you. Most people with weenie-dogs pamper and spoil them. I have always thought of them as compact hunters with a real hound nose. Your dogs are living their best life. Good on you!! Their adventures are fun to hear about. ---

My big ex feral, The Dood has just been treated for a rat bite on his “ankle” that wouldn’t heal.
