It’s pretty obvious what’s going on here. Palin works for Fox. By publicly complaining about a show on Fox, she boosts its ratings even more. By the way, I find it hilariously psychopathic that Palin still makes people call her Gov’nah. That’s great material for a dominatrix-themed porn sequel to _Nailin’ Palin_. ---

I hope I can serve as an example to anyone facing a pregnancy with an affected baby who might be considering abortion. One of life’s most wonderfull, enriching experiences is to give and receive love from a child, regardless of disability.” 3. “Hey, look at me, I have a Downs baby! That proves I’m a good person! Let’s outlaw abortion so we can force everyone to be as good a person as I am!” which of the 3 above makes one fair game? ---

Manufactured outrage and crocodile tears are as much Palin’s specialties as offensive satire is _Family Guy_’s, so this isn’t too surprising. Phony “Woe is me! That a delicate flower such as I should be the victim of the basest liberal bullying!” nonsense has been one of the only reliable ways to keep her front-and-center in the media lately, so we should pretty much expect this whenever any media outlet dares speak her name without her preferred (and equally phony) epithets (“Governor,” for example). That the reference in _Family Guy_ is ambiguous and doesn’t say what Palin says it does (and I would frankly be shocked if she ever correctly represented any statement in any type of media, ever) isn’t relevant when your stock-in-trade is getting people to feel sorry for you. ---

I thought the episode was in poor taste, and I’m a massive Family Guy fan. The Palin reference was about 1.3% of the poor taste factor, in my opinion. ---

I’m probably wrong though. I’m still confused by this. I thought titles of office were what you were referred to while you held the office. After leaving office I thought you were referred to as, in this case, former Governor of Alaska Palin\*. It seems odd that there would be multiple “Governors of Alaska” at the same time. \*At least that’s how the Wiki article describes the title of [Mr. President](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mr._President_(title)#Before_taking_and_after_leaving_office)works. ---
