Actually it was created as a counterbalance to "Drudge’. But Huffington does allow conservative voices. Both sites offer a lot of stories that are not political and have no slant. You can read Huffington and then read Drudge for an antidote. ---

I don’t know what she’s so mad about-it was a hilarious episode. actually, it did make the point that people with downs syndrome aren’t really significantly different from the general population–they can be just as self-invovled and egocentric as the rest of us, for example. Not as touching as a ‘developmentively challenged persons like to laugh and hug just like us reg’lar folk’ episode would have been, and all the truer for it. I can’t think why a cartoon of a bratty daughter with an outlandish sense of entitlement would disturb her so…really, can’t imagine… ---
