I’d like to point something out. Before I do, realize that these are just a few observations I have made, along with the relevant links in case anyone feels like following up. 1. The whole stuff with Phaedrus goes down. 2. Around that same time, NewtonsApple appears. 3. Newt posts in a GD thread about abortion, claiming that his wife still cries herself to sleep at night over an abortion years and years ago. In the same thread in which he admits he’s been here since last June, he asks posters for information about themselves that anyone who has been here for that amount of time could have easily figured out. 7. In this thread, Newt claims to have evidence for a Christian assertion, then when pressed to provide said evidence, does not. 9. In these threads, Phaedrus does the exact same thing. Very little of the evidence seems to point in that direction. However, there is very little consistency to our friend Newt, and I, for one, am beginning to wonder why. I actually got into a minor argument with Satan when he jumped all over Newt in MPSIMS for seemingly knowing too much. Let me be the first to admit that I may very well have been wrong. ## So, Newt, what name were you posting under, and why did you feel the need to change? Most of our regulars who change their usernames post a thread about it in MPSIMS or ATMB, just to let everyone else know who they are. Why the secrecy? And why all the other inconsistency? Phaedrus, for all of his problems, was articulate if somewhat incomplete. Also, Phaedrus loved posting multiple times, and very long messages. Phaedrus would normally answer multiple people in different posts, rather than answer multiple people in a single post. Phaedrus didn’t seem to have the penchant for violence that NA does. Granted Phaedrus’ obviously likening to using a persona means that anything is possible, but it seems to me that the underlying persons are not the same. Nice investigation though. ---

Monty, Thanks for correcting my proofreading error. As to “intentionally misleading exaggeration is an intentional lie.” I beg to differ. I cannot possibly understand how you can determine my itentions for using hyperbole. Going by your own definition–you intentionally mislead other readers by claiming I was a liar because I used hyperbole. Now, what logical deduction can I make about you, based on YOUR logic? ---

Okay. According to my boyfriend’s faulty memory, he says that a man in heaven can have more than one wife, but a woman cannot have more than one husband. He thinks so. Pretty sure. ---
