Sorry, I posted too quickly before consulting my reference library. :smack:  
The Dennis Simon book analysing 14 of Hartramp’s games is of course the _Hartramp Classics_ volume from the wonderful _MC Masters_ series. Also, although Simon was more or less the sole author, P.K. Schafranski is credited with some of the original ‘ring-side’ analysis. My mistake.

_The Annotated Hartramp_ is by Julius Ffitch and Ray Simmons (hence my confusion with Simons) and covers more matches, including some non-tournament stuff from the early years, but in less detail.

Apologies all round for any confusion.
