Ha! You must live where I live. People lock 'em up for yellows. Yellows are negotiable in my book. Sorry! And, I understand the OP’s frustration. Aren’t cops supposed to fight crime and make sure everyone is safe? Sounds like it was the end of the month and quotas were due? Oh, right, I’m sorry…they don’t have quotas! Harrassment.
