Sorry to raise a zombie thread - but I recently learned I was wrong. There was a legal dispute about Pat Murphy’s book [There and Back Again (novel) - Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/There_and_Back_Again_(novel)#Legal_issues)
