I don’t see it. She was nervous about raising a baby alone, but she wanted the child and seemed to take good care of her once she was born.
(To be fair, I acted or at least felt pretty much the same way when I was pregnant, and everything turned out all right.) I guess if she really DID want the baby (she wasn’t getting any younger, after all) she was just expressing misgivings. I did think she was over the top, she sounded very immature.
Can you imagine how a similar thread would go, using “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia?”
