Gabrielle Anwar did get thin, but it was mostly muscle and sinew as she got really fit. I didn’t think it looked unhealthy, she was just lean. ---

When someone is that lean, every muscle will show no matter what. That said, I’m well aware she trained hard for the role. But it is possible to train and not get _that_ lean.
