Movie. Ever. I mean absolutely fucking terrible. I belong to a group of friends who have a weekly “Filmnacht”, during which we take turns selecting movies to watch and then mocking them mercilessly. Good fun. We’ve watched some really good films, but every once in a while we spice it up with a real stinker – there is a “garbage prize” that goes to the person who proposes the most unredeemable film yet watched. The current holder of the prize won it for showing [Theodore Rex](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114658/), which features Whoopi Goldberg as the straight-man in the wisecracking cop duo in which her partner is a talking dinosaur. :eek: _Rubber_ is my candidate, but there a lot of gold suggestions in this thread. 😃 ---

But no, they have to veer off into this lame, sophomoric meta-thing with a crowd of people standing on a hill in the desert watching the movie events unfold. Did y’all know that a remake of “Endless Love” is in theaters right now? It doesn’t appear to be much better than the original. I was in high school when that came out, and thought it was good but then again, I was, what, 16 years old? I saw it on TV a few years ago, and shut it off after about 10 minutes because it was absolutely dreadful. ---

My contribution to this thread is _Mr. Mike’s Mondo Video_. My brother and I went to see it, and in retrospect I’m glad we only spent about $2.00 for admission. We found out it wasn’t a real movie with a plot, but rather a lot of unconnected sketches that seemed to be out takes from a season’s worth of Saturday Night Live episodes. There were a couple of amusing sketches, but as a whole, the film just stank. We had high hopes because it had a couple of people from Saturday Night Live, but it was just a mess. ---
