I supposed her look is considered a bit “homely” to some, but I think the young **Joni Mitchell** was absolutely beautiful, and am surprised she hasn’t been mentioned yet. Taylor Momsen of Pretty Reckless is at the top of my list right now. Saw her live a few years ago, she kept my old heart going a little quicker that night.
