# Most complicated dish you've made from complete scratch

I think the most complicated dish I’ve ever made was a berry tart from Simply Recipes. Making the crust and filling took all day. It was divine, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the energy to make it again. I love cooking but I don’t like to do it all day.
