There was an old issue of _Captain America_ where everyone’s least favorite Nazi, Red Skull, approaches a secretary, leans across her desk, and blows some death dust into her face. She dies immediately, and one of his cronies, I think Crossbones, asks, “Was she a traitor?” The Red Skull replies, “No, just a lousy secretary.”
