Heh, it’s worth noting that pretty much any movie will make nerds on the internet very grumpy. There are a lot of irritable nerds.

Likewise **The Art of War** (which only references the book a couple times) and **The Lawnmower Man** (which used the name of a Stephen King short story simply to put his name in the credits.)

For those who don’t know, **O** was a modern retelling of **Othello**. I don’t know how clear that was made when it was being advertised.
