I once saw an XBox 360 go for something in the 6-digit range.
Just recently a tube of Whiplash mascara went for over $4000US. It was put out as a promo for Alice Cooper back in '73 and this particular tube was mint in it’s original package. I hear the previous one on sale went for five figures. AFAIK, there are only three in existance.

Well… I just sold a Ukulele for just under 400 dollars. This Is a rather nice one, but it IS just a Uke. God Bless America! What-A-Country! 
Jay Leno has a running bit about this Sold or Not Sold on Ebay he shows some outrageous stuff and asks the audience to guess of it sold.
Last night there was used Jay Leno Gum - a guy ostensibly fished his gum out of a trash can at a car show this was the actual certified provance of the chewed gum - the Guy was asking $499 for it (but it was not sold).
I recently sold a year-old $450 mountain bike for $350. Not only that, but the buyer drove 400 miles (round trip) to pick it up.
A couple of years back I saw an empty can of beer go for like $22,000 US.
It was a can from the early 40’s and it had a red airplane on it. I think it was called Piper ale or something like that.
The guy selling it found it in the rafters of his shop, it was in pretty much mint condition.
