The idiot who designed the Ultimate Computer that killed a lot of Starfleet personnel in an exercise when it went awry. Even worse, if successful, it would have put Captain Kirk on the unemployment line ---

Nero, from the 2009 reboot. He destroyed like 50+ spaceships full of ppl, destroyed Vulcan (killing billions) and tried to destroy Earth, all because he was having a 25-year snit-fit. He COULD have used his trip back in time to save his planet, but decided to kill billions instead. ---

I can’t remember if they tried to get the actress back for TWOK, or not-wasn’t there a short snippet of dialogue in the film where Khan talked about her dying during one of the ion storms or something? ---

Heck, can anyone explain why Khan’s crew in Trek 2 looked like a bunch of California surfers / _Road Warrior_ gang members (i.e. all white and punked out) when the original episode made a point about what an ethnically and racially diverse group they were? ---

There’s also, first mentioned in the Original Series’s “The Savage Curtain”, and then expanded on in Enterprise, the infamous “Colonel Green”, whose actions, we’re told, led to the death of 37 million people during the Third World War, and who, after the cease fire ending it, ordered the euthanasia of hundreds of thousands suffering from radiation sickness, so there’d be no risk of them polluting the human bloodline with harmful mutations. ---

I always thought that Alixus from the DS9 episode “Paradise” was particularly vile; She strands her the colonists deliberately, allows some to die to prove her theories, enacts corporal punishment, and is in general very manipulative and ruthless. ---
