I loved the destruction of the slave fortress in _Amistad_. I also loved the scene in _Snatch_ previously mentioned. “If you want your friend to hear you, you’ll have to talk a lot louder than that.” ---

How about the entirety of Mel Gibson’s movie **Payback**? It’s basically the absolute epitome of “just deserts” from beginning to end. My favorite scene: “You were right not to trust me.” ---

Which is what it has to do before it sends _any information_. So… if Vosen had just emptied his gun into the fax machine, problem solved. ---

The climactic scene in [_F/X_](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089118/) was brilliant.[SPOILER]The head villain, all of whose henchman have been wiped out in very creative ways, is trying to talk the hero out of shooting him. The hero, seemingly thinking the matter over, casually turns his back and then sets the gun down. When the villain grabs the gun, the hero turns to him and smiles. “In this hand; the ammo for the gun. And in this hand; Krazy Glue. A thousand and one uses. Now, a thousand and two.” He then shoves the villain out of front door of the house, where he is gunned down by a waiting SWAT team.[/SPOILER] ---
