If being called a liar on an Internet forum and getting upset about it are grounds for a successful lawsuit and can result in a multimillion dollar payout, the Dope is gonna need a lot more banner ads. 🙂 ---

I read the entire complaint. Hilarious. I’m gonna send it to my torts professor. I just signed up for membership in that forum. Sounds like a lively place to hang out, poke around and post a little. Oh, great. Like I don’t spend far, far too much time doing that already… Anyway. I read the rules for the ET Corn Gods Game. Boy, do I feel dumb. I can barely remember the rules for gin rummy. I don’t think I’ll be playing. Also, Major Pistachio would be a good username. ---

So, if his suit is thrown out of district court with prejudice (or whatever the correct legal term is), I wonder if he’ll appeal to the Supreme Court on the grounds that the district court, by throwing out his case, was interfering with his right to free speech.
