Anyone who hates Bush is a Democrat. Got it. Guess that explains the German justice minister, huh? Not to mention Osama and Saddam. And Castro, and Kim Jong Il, and Satan, and Godwin, and Jeffrey Dahmer. Thanks for clearing that up. ---

Perfect irony is acheived! Upon investigation, the repellent verbiage aforementioned was posted to a message board hosted by Madeliene Kane, political humorist of an (apparently) liberal stripe! (Her version of the ol’ Nat King Cole standard, “Unforgettable” to “Deans Electable” is priceless, Joe Bob Elucidator says check it out!..) It appears, then, that Ms. Kane posts her messages as is, without subjecting to scrutiny a la correctness. Of course, this in no way lessens her responsibility as a purveyor of racist propaganda. Right, **Scylla**? But, hey, thanks for turning me on to the really cool, witty, lefty type site! ---

So, on **Scylla** list of the numerous Democrats who have been making Nazi type comparisons to GeeDubya we got: Robert Byrd - granted (Bless his heart, he means well…) George Soros - under debate, matter of defintion A couple of quotes from Democrats from _years_ back Some poster from a message board from God only knows And of course, that well known spokesman for the Democratic party, Mr. Jonah Goldfarb of _National Review Online_ Tell you what, **Scylla** If you cross your heart and pinky promise that you honestly and truly believe that the cites you threw up on the screen actually prove something…well, we’ll just have to agree to disagree. 'Cause from here it looks like a pretty slipshod effort, kind of thing you foist off on someone you figure ain’t too bright. Like you can piss on my shoes and tell me its raining. As to your question? You gotta be kidding, try to hand me a choice like that? You seriously believe _anybody_ here is that fuckin’ brain dead? What do I think happened? You heard this little snippet of garbage floating around, say, oh, I don’t know, take a wild guess…right wing radio? About how all those Democrats are comparing Bush to Hitler. Probably right before the witty remarks about Hollywood elites and Algore. And you believed it without question, without reflection, well, of course its true. And when called upon, you had the very uncomfortabe realization that, just like me, you couldn’t actually recall any Democrats saying it! But you knew it was true because of course it was true! Everyone knows Democrats are like that! As Eugene V. Debs is my witness, that’s the truth, that’s what I think. See, I listen to Democrats a lot, you _know_ I keep up with the news and hadn’t heard about all these Democrats making Nazi slurs on GeeDubya. But you claim that you have. But forced to examine that belief, and offer cites to substantiate it…you got diddly squat. Hell, at least three of those were reprints of the same Jonah Goldfarb opinion piece reprinted in different papers! Do _you_ really believe that those cites substantiate your claim to a solid degree? Did you even _read_ any of them? ---

While we’re on the subject, I’d like to read the onboard Bushbot’s opinion on the numerous Saddam-is-the-new-Hitler comparisons made while marketing the invasion. Of course, the fact that the comparison is even weaker than the one that has rabid Bushbots such as spinmeister **Scylla** in a lather is of no consequence. After all, if Dim Son said it, nothing less than their personal honor and integrity are at stake. And we all know just how important those traits are in this Administration and their lockstepping acolytes. Which is to say, none at all. ---

**Age Quod Agis** , Beyond the rebuttal’s already offered to your post – namely, the reason’s why that list of yours is so flimsy as to be close to laughable for 'Presidential achievements" – I’d like to once agin point out that I can think of next to nothing that can excuse the current Admistration for leading your country (and bribing a few others) into a war of agression based on prevarications and outright fabrications. Lying, and killing on account of those lies simply doesn’t sit well with me. If that is not enough to convince you – or anyone else for that matter – that the incumbent and his cabal should be disposed of as swiftly as your laws allow, I am honestly at a loss for what would be. Unless of course, BJ’s are still the standard. As for my being mugged while living Stateside, beyond admitting to being scared shitless during the event, it is but a small negative entry in the ledger of my over one decade long stay Stateside. You might be pleased to hear that on balance, my memories are rather fond of both your country and the great majority of the people I met. ---

This is nothing about nothing, but awhile back I got to wondering exactly how far back US presidents have been compared to Nazis. Some people were saying Roosevelt was no better than Hitler while the damned war was still going on!
