This is a weird one but I have this scene stuck in my head and can’t place it. A psycho(medical term :P) with a gun has taken a family hostage in a house by the sea, at one point near the end he forces their kids to dance naked by gunpoint on a table.(no nudity is visible in the scene). Then it ends outside the house by the ocean. The hell is this from? ---

Not Cape Fear, not Klown. Should have added the movie appeared to be made sometime in the 70s-early 80s. ---

I would say Prince of Tides but I don’t remember any dancing scene. ---

According to the Wikipedia article, it _does_ contain full-frontal nudity, actually, of a 13-year-old boy. ---
