It’s all about our perceptions and memory. In all honesty, unless the movie was ABOUT a female band member, who would have noticed? It’s like an article I saw yesterday talking about the Harry Potter film series. Over all eight movies — a total of 19 hours and 40 minutes (roughly) of film — Tom Felton _(who played Draco Malfoy)_ had a total of only 31 minutes and 31 seconds of screen time. Dame Maggie Smith _(Professor Minerva McGonigall)_ had even less than that, with only 28 minutes and 45 seconds. And Gary Oldman _(who played Sirius Black)_ — even though he was the titular character of the third film _“Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”_ — appeared for only 20 minutes over the entire eight movies!! But I’m sure if you asked the average viewer, they’d have probably at least doubled those figures. _ **-“BB”-** _ ---
