I’d come up with another one, but will pass as I’m not sure I understand BB’s criteria in classifying Oz and Middle Earth as _non-fictional_ worlds ---

I believe the problem here is that both Oz and Middle Earth are set on our earth, even though they are fictional lands within that earth. Oz is a country, and is surrounded by other fictional countries (such as Ix, Mo and Ev), and Middle Earth is a fictional fantasy once-upon-a-time long ago land, but still on our planet. ---

Oz is presumably “over the rainbow” and it’s unclear how the wizard was going to get back by balloon. On top of all that it was a figment of a dream anyway, so is an imaginary world. ---
