**Diegetic Songs in Movies** 1. Say Anything - Dobler plays “Your Eyes” to Diane from his boombox. 2. Collateral - Band plays Miles Davis’s “Spanish Key” in jazz club. 3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 - Baby Groot dances to ELO’s “Mr. Blue Sky” while his teammates fight an alien monster. 4. A Night to Remember - “Nearer My God to Thee” played on the deck as the Titanic sinks. 5. Grease - “Those Magic Changes” - played by the band at the dance while actual dialog was going on 6. Breaker Morant - “Soldiers of the Queen” - played by a British Army band in a park as the movie opens; played as part of the movie’s orchestral soundtrack as the movie ends. 7. Reservoir Dogs - “Stuck In the Middle With You” - Michael Madsen (Mr. Blonde) dances to the radio as he does not-nice things to his captive. 8. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom - movies opens with in a club in China with the chorus girls singing and dancing to _Anything Goes_ in Mandarin. ---
