**Favorite role of a favorite actor** 1. _Man on the Moon_ (Jim Carrey) 2. _The Fifth Element_ (both Bruce Willis and Chris Tucker) They shined onscreen together as the hilarious comedic straight man/weirdo team of Korben Dallas and Ruby Rhod. Tucker’s role in this movie narrowly beats out _Rush Hour_ for the top spot in his filmography in my opinion, and I’ve only seen _Die Hard_ once and didn’t think it was all that. ---

**Favorite role of a favorite actor** 1. _Man on the Moon_ (Jim Carrey) 2. _The Fifth Element_ (both Bruce Willis and Chris Tucker) 3. _The Bad News Bears_ (Walter Matthau) 4. _50 First Dates_ (Drew Barrymore) She is _so cute_ and refreshing as Adam Sandler’s love interest Lucy, a woman with anterograde amnesia who repeatedly falls in love with Adam (or sometimes it spectacularly backfires) and she forgets who he is at the start of each new day. Apparently, this kind of thing can actually happen. The human brain is scary. This film is played for romantic comedy, though, not for horror or exploitation. ---

**Favorite role of a favorite actor** 1. _Man on the Moon_ (Jim Carrey) 2. _The Fifth Element_ (both Bruce Willis and Chris Tucker) 3. _The Bad News Bears_ (Walter Matthau) 4. _50 First Dates_ (Drew Barrymore) 5. _Arsenic and Old Lace_ (Peter Lorre) 6. _Iron Man 3_ (Robert Downey Jr.) I could have picked several of RDJ’s movies as billionaire playboy genius philanthropist Tony Stark/superhero Iron Man. I liked this one in particular because it’s his first appearance post-Battle of New York from _The Avengers,_ and he’s clearly suffering from PTSD from having gone through that wormhole to deliver the nuke to the Chitauri mothership and having barely survived. He demonstrates _reckless_, suicidal behavior in _Iron Man 3,_ and has multiple panic attacks. It was deeply moving for me as someone with mental illness. ---
