Hmm. I saw _The Florida Project_ and don’t remember EPCOT being mentioned at all. The movie came out in 2017 and was set in the present day; EPCOT opened back in 1982. Somehow I had it in my head that _The Florida Project_ was set c. 1981, and that the setting highlighted the appalling juxtaposition of the dreary existence of the lower middle class with the hopeful (and fake) Disney michegas happening 25 miles away. ---
