I forgot _Galaxy Quest!_ (hey, it has Justin Long, too) Perfect for nerds and people who are annoyed by nerds. And anyone who likes Sci-Fi, and people who find most of it absurd. Tim Allen, Sigourney Weaver, Sam Rockwell, a possibly-stoned Tony Shaloub … and Alan Rickman in THE archetypal “taking oneself way too seriously” role. ---

" The Twelve Chairs ". This is the first feature film made by Mel Brooks. It was shot behind the Iron Curtain. It is breathtakingly hilarious and has Frank langella in his first film and Dom DeLuise as well as Mel Brooks. One of my favorite films to get a lot of laughs out of. ---

The last line of Some LikE It Hot capped the whole picture. “Nobody’s perfect!” ya gotta see it in context, but the first time I saw that movie I about had a heart attack from laughing so hard, and then that last line.
