Some of this some will be or is a reality. Already pointed out is that the touch and motion UI is already well established, just on a smaller scale for practical purposes and on a larger scale with entertainment devices like Kinect and the Wii.
“Enhance” is already used by add on software for photoshop that allows for resolution increases through extrapolation of the information already present in the image. It won’t be able to show what was never in the image, such as the unseen other side of what’s being enhanced, but it will be able to build on and add to the information that is present.
Cloaking devices - It depends on what you’re cloaking. If you want to completely cloak mass or over the full spectrum of light, then that seems pretty unlikely with mass seeming very unlikely, but if you just want to fool human eyes, that’s already in its infancy through the use of projecting forward what is behind an object in essence making what is being cloaked a display screen.
The thing that won’t be true about these devices is the ease of use without esoteric knowledge and the effective success of these devices as portrayed by movies and TV.
And yep, no flying cars.
