What do you mean by “kind of die”? There was a medical emergency but they recovered? Do you recall how many couples there were in the movie? How long ago did you see this movie and do you have any other clues about how old it is? ---

I saw it between 2005-2010. It was a psychological thriller set on a forested island. Like 3 couples having dinner, dark plot twist yadda yadda yadda (all I got, sorry), and there’s a scene where for some reason someone in the party died and for some reason they’re digging a grave for her. It turns out that she did or did not die, and the closing scene shows close a couple taking the ferry back with a haunted look on their faces. I feel like Vince Vaughn may have been in it, but maybe not. It’s like the dark scary thriller version of [Couple’s Retreat](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1078940/) I suck at this, sorry.
