the new one with Nicholos Cage and his mandolin. Its not so much that it looks stupid, but if you’ve seen any of the commercials or trailers for this ‘thing’ you will hear the WORST accent that NC has come up with since ConAir. Also, in one of the trailers, Penelope Cruz sounds like Peter Lorre Bubble Boy Rat Race Almost didn’t see Matrix, turned out to be great. I think it’s because Keanu only had to change facial expressions and he had very little dialouge ---

Almost every movie. I haven’t been inside a movie theater since I saw _Toy Story 2_. I think that was in 1999? Not positive, but it was a while ago. I have one friend with whom I go to the movies, if it weren’t for her, I would probably never go again. We’re going to see _The Others_ next week, though, so I’ll have to begin my streak all over again. FTR, I sometimes rent movies. But not too often. ---

Rat Race looks rather awful from the commercials, except for the fact that Rowan Atkinson (of Mr. Bean fame) is in the movie. ---

God, that Jay and Silent Bob movie looks terrible–I mean, I’m most likely going to go see it, but it just looks so bad. That movie with the ugly guy from SNL (Corky something–Romano?)–which doesn’t come out until OCTOBER, but I’m seeing previews for it now–looks awful. Of course. I second the Mandolin movie–it looks so grossly boring and unoriginal. ---

The movie with the annoying, unfunny guy from “Saturday Night Live” playing some kind of undercover FBI agent…I want to crap on the head of whoever put that commerical together. I wish I could remember the title, but my brain has so recoiled from the promo that it refuses to devote any neurons to the memorization of this movie’s title. ---

Ummm. _Liar Liar_ is no worse than any other Jim Carrey movie. If you like Mr Carrey, you’ll love it. If you don’t you’ll hate it. I know it looks a little more Hollywood but he can outmug any plot device. ps: is _Road Trip_ actually any good or will I be forced to watch 2 hours of teen smut?
