They don’t have to be horror, just have to had made you squirm for whatever reason, revulsion, eww factor whatever. My top six (in no particular order) are those movies I would never watch again (not because they were bad, just had a big ‘squirmy’ effect on me): \*\*Sleepers Hard Candy Happiness Kids The Ice Storm The Cook The Thief His Wife and Her Lover. \*\* I’m sure I’ll think up some others. ---

\*\* Open Water. \*\* Sharks are one of my greatest fears, as is being stuck in deep water with no idea what’s around you or under you. I was bracing myself the entire time, and it was tiring. I thought the movie was good, but I don’t think I’d want to see it again. ---

_Arachnophobia_- I started to watch it when I was 8, and then I couldn’t watch it past the first 10 mins (the coffin scene) until I was about 17 years old and realized finally it was a Comedy. And I loved the ending when I finally saw it. But the WHOLE time I was watching it (the 2nd time around), I was FREAKING OUT, man… That movie my kidself realize I was afraid of spiders and it’s taken a long long time to undo the damage from that one… ---

I remembered **Election** as being a pretty fun movie, so I recommended it to my dad one rainy evening. I watched it with him. It definitely made me squirm when Matthew Broderick was boinking his wife, and then boinking the teenage girl. And I think there was more boinking. Ack!! ---

I came in to say \*\*Happiness \*\* and \*\*Hard Candy \*\* too. There are some really really uncomfortable moments there. Also the incest moment in The **Other Boleyn Girl**. ---

I just saw _Viridiana_ last weekend. Even without the climax, just the way the beggars treated each other was disturbing. Great ending though. Also, I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say _Pan’s Labyrinth_. ---

[/QUOTE] It’s been a few years but I don’t remember Matthew Broderick’s character doing anything with any teenagers. He did boink a middle-aged woman. I am glad I didn’t see it with my parents though. I’m also glad my dad lost interest in _Lost In Translation_ and walked out before the strip club scene. ---

There were a couple of very squirmy scenes in **American Pie**. And not just the scene with the pie! Every time Jim’s dad tried to be all cool and understanding and talk to him about sex stuff…Like when he found the girlie magazines in Jim’s nightstand drawer… Oy oy oy! I couldn’t stand it! ---

He’s doing his wife from behind and they want to get pregnant, so she’s saying stuff about how he should fill her up. Then he sees Reese’s face over the back of the wife’s head and imagines her saying the same things. ---

Pan’s Labyrinth. Great movie, but ungodly squirm-inducing during certain parts. Especially That Scene near the end. _queasy_ The Family Stone. This jammed my ‘public embarrassment’ button all the way through to the circuit board. ---

Tommy. The Tina Turner scene where he becomes a skeleton writhing with snakes, but some more so the end where his parents come back and find Tina shaking and her mouth all funny from all the drugs. Uncle Ernie who molested him. Cousin Kevin who ironed him and waterborded him amoung other things. I could go on… ---

A korean movie called **Chugyeogja** (roughly **The Chaser** in english). I just saw this movie a few days ago, and it was CONSTANT edge of your seat holy shit I’m gonna piss myself intensity. Had me squirming like a worm on a toothpick. I started the movie thinking about just how many serial killer movie cliches this movie would pull out, and the movie pretty much beat my preconceptions out of me with a hammer. Not flawless, but probably one of the best serial killer movies I’ve seen (and I’m a huge fan of the genre). Okay so this is kinda turning into a mini review, but I recommend it if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t let having to read subtitles detract from a great movie (if any foreign film buffs have seen Oldboy and liked it, I highly recommend this). Oh and if you can stand the squirm factor of course.’ edit: forgot to mention that Leo Di and co. (the guy who remade the Departed) are remaking this movie, so I guess you can wait for the Hollywoodized (_cough_ bastardized _cough_) version if you want. ---
