I remember seeing a preview for a movie, years ago, (2000? Maybe 1999-2005) where this ok looking blonde girl with shorter hair finally meets the man of her dreams, a handsome type and they appear to get engaged. They show this girl and her female friend smiling and laughing that finally she found someone, then the preview changes mood and the handsome guy goes, ‘hey lets steal something’ so he acts like a kelpto and steals something for fun in some store, and the girl is like oh uh, this isn’t what I expected, and they do some other crazy things, but it’s overall a comedy not a horror thing

Anyone know the title of this?
