# Movies were the top billed stars don't have a scene together

The original movie of **Casino Royale** has a huge roster of stars, most of whom don’t directly i nteract with each other. But one pair was famous for not doing so, since they WERE nominally interacting. Orson Welles couldn’t stand Peter Sellers, and ice versa. They were nowhere near each other when they shot their scenes, which form a dialogue. The film simply alternates between shots of Welles and of Sellers.

George Clooney and Matt Damon didn’t have any scenes together in [Syriana](http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0365737/). Damon’s character sees Clooney’s character near the end, but IIRC they don’t interact and are never even in the same shot.
