It would make more sense if they all dressed differently and non-descript. But Tarantino usually prefers style to logic.
I’d say In Bruges…in the sense that all the main characters are really bad. But there is the hotel owner who is a good person, but very much a secondary character.
Watchmen. No one’s nice in that one, even if some of them had valid reasons to be nasty.
All the Jigsaw movies. IIRC, the basic pattern is that after the original Jigsaw dies, the survivor of the previous movie becomes the bad guy in the sequel, and this continues with each following sequel. All the other victims are bad guys of one sort or another as well, so thus we’re left with movies that have no good guys.
