I never saw the entire series, but didn’t Laura San Giacomo’s character in “The Stand” kill herself before giving birth? Something about his seed being cold inside her. ---

Does it count if they get murdered before giving birth? Brad Pitt’s wife in Se7en Alien babies count? The end of Alien 4. The Kaiju baby in pacific rim technically wasn’t born. ---

One odd movie that sort of fits in here is Rosemary’s Baby. The tale is more of Rosemary’s growing awareness of the situation, and the birth and the baby are never even shown. ---

The surprisingly badass hotel-owner from _In Bruges_ Is heavily pregnant throughout the movie, which allows her to be the central element in the staircase showdown near the end of the film. The birth does not take place during the movie. The pregnancy is central to the character (or, more precisely, to her function relative to the other characters). ---
