I’m thinking about The Watch (damn you for making me think about The Watch) where Lord Vetinari is played by a woman. In a dress. But still called “Lord” and “he”. It wasn’t a plot element but it may have been a weird transgender twist, I have no idea with that confused worthless trainwreck.
