All through fourth and fifth grade, I was waiting for the sequel to _Mary Poppins_ and was very disappointed when nothing was forthcoming. Watching it nowadays and recognizing Dick Van Dyke’s terrible Cockney accent, I realize this was probably a good thing. ☹ ---
