# Mozilla firefox question

Can anybody tell me why when I read some newspapers online, the comments from readers at the end of the story will not show up when I am on Firefox, but will be there when I am using google chrome?

Do you have the NoScript addon?

It blocks all scripts, including javascript until you tell it otherwise, with an options menu on your address bar. It looks like an S covered by a circle with a line through it - the NO symbol. Click that and click on each blocked item until the messages appear. It takes time and learning to know which are ‘good’ and ‘bad’.
OR
Under Tools \> Options \> Content \> check “Enable Javascript”
OR
Check to see if your version of Firefox is up to date:
Under Help \> About Firefox – if it is not up to date (currently Version 18.0), the option to update will be there.

I have that trouble when running AdBlock, on sites using Disqus for comments. disable ad blocking on that page, refresh, and the comments appear. Googling offers recommendations about refreshing the AdBlock filters, but so far, no luck.
