I think the “and” is inclusive. It’s a forum for both. Just as we have Politics and Elections, even though most threads are about politics but not elections. It shouldn’t imply that all topics are both miscellaneous and personal. ---

I agree it shouldn’t imply all topics are both, and that is exactly why the conjunction should be “or”’ (the union) instead of “and” (the intersection). I’m too lazy to draw a Venn diagram. ---

It depends on whether the name is describing the scope of the category (miscellaneous and personal) or describing the posts in it (miscellaneous or personal). Given that P&E described the scope, it seems consistent for this to do so, as well. ---

Is it still okay to use the subforum to share stuff that actually _is_ mundane and pointless? I mean, if it _must_ be shared, we do need a place to share it. ---
