That’s so cute! 😃 I just got a text from him: **drumroll, please** he passed his swallow evaluation! 🙂 YEAH! Said it went “just fine.” Let’s see, he’s off an antifungal and two antibacterials, they’re dialing back the fentanyl, and increasing the time off vent: they’re shooting for around four hours or so at a time. ETA: more info than you can hope to absorb [here](http://everythingspeech.com/evaluation/dyphagia/trach-and-vent-patient-2/). I just had a thought. When this is over we should have a t-shirt printed up for the purple one that says: My husband spent X days in the hospital and all I got was this lousy t-shirt. 😃 ---
