Mrs. Adams sometimes helps her husband with his experiments for the column1, 2. She and Cecil evidently have children who also help out with experiments3. She normally enjoys humiliating her husband in anything athletic2. She has large breasts and once ran in a marathon4. The martial artists link mentions “little researchers.” > Mrs. Adams sweetly suggested having one of the little researchers try, reasoning that, being taller and younger, he would have the advantage of leverage and a fresher supply of testosterone. That implies that she is a mom, having at least two kids, at least one of whom is a son. Being taller than Cecil implies that the kid is at least teen-aged and possibly an adult. Fairly important details. That article is from 2005. The woman athletes article, from 1984, implies that the marriage was recent. That would likely make the son a teenager. Although as someone working for an alternative newspaper, who knows how insouciant Cecil might feel toward mere legalities as marriage laws? Cheer up, Beck! Polyamory may be in his long list of nose-thumbing of societal conventions. ---

Mrs. Adams is a most remarkable person. After all, she can speak French—in Russian. She’s won the lifetime achievement award twice. She once had an awkward moment, just to see how it felt. She once won a staring contest with her own reflection. If opportunity knocks, and she’s not home, then opportunity waits. In short, she is the perfect match for the Perfect Master. I don’t know if she drinks beer, but if she did, I’m sure that it would be Dos Equis. ---
