How can I get access to print out the background picture that I have set up on my report and form? Everytime it prints all I get is the data and not the picture. I do not have “Print data only” checked either and for some reason all I get is the data. Is there a way to print inserted images from a report or form? Thanks!

I just tried it and it works OK for me. One thing I did notice is that text boxes and labels will cover the image unless their BackStyle is set to Transparent.

What version of Access are you using?

I knew it was possible. I wonder why it wont work for me. I used XP/2003. Tried to print on 2003. I’m not sure what I have at work that I created it on though. Should be XP. What did you use?

Access 2002 on Win XP. I can’t imagine why it doesn’t work for you. Maybe you check that you have all of the Office service packs installed.

If you can’t get it to work maybe you could place a picture box on your report.
