Every time I launch **MS Outlook** , I get an error that says, “This Program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.” The error window’s Title Bar says “Mapisp.”

I’m running **Outlook 97** in **Windows 98** and, to the best of my knowledge, I haven’t done anything new or unusual lately to screw up my system.

Anyone know anything that could be helpful?

Not sure if this will help but…

It sounds like a system file that Outlook uses might have become corrupt or another program might have changes the version of that file. Not a big deal, reinstall Outlook and things should be fine. _fingers crossed_ 🙂
