Yeah, Syria is doing really well - Assad is spreading his influence over an ever shrinking portion of his country, following giving up his chemical weapons, as demanded by the US. And Iran just agreed to cripple to cripple their nuclear weapons program for the next 10 years or so. Russia under Putin is facing large push backs (led to at least some extent by the US) for overplaying its hand in the Crimea and Ukraine (which used to be the same). China is having some economic difficulties (been in the papers, you might have read about it) - but I don’t think Obama can take any credit/blame there, so I guess you get one out of four. ---
