[Here’s](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showpost.php?p=9854464&postcount=9) a link to a recipe I use. If I want a sweet muffin I’ll use DaVinci sugar free syrup and throw in some blueberries, maybe some nuts. Not low fat though, the flax seed calories essentially all come from the oil, and of course, it has half a tablespoon of olive oil per muffin, but good fats.
