I am a pretty even-keel person most of the time, but on occasion, I’ve been surprised at my own reactions when I was angered. I was like a different person.

I don’t think I have MPD or DID. So here’s a question - why is this evidence for “alters” when this happens to you, but with me it’s just typical human behavior?
