I had jalapeno pizza for dinner last night. Today I’m quite convinced that **I actually SHIT LAVA!!!** What the hell? In my younger days I could eat and drink anything I wanted with barely a burp! Now I have jalapeno pizza for dinner, and fire surely must be shooting out of my ass! No I don’t have 'roids. This happen to anyone else? (sorry this couldn’t be as entertaining as TechChick’s “Going Commando” thread) ---

Oh no, that happens quite frequently around my house. I’m part Mexican, and think anything (including pretzels and bagels) is pretty bland without hot sauce of some kind. My brother-in-law, knowing this, got us a hot sauce sampler last Xmas, included in which was some Habanero stuff from Jamaica. Long story short, put it on pizza and it burns you on both ends. Jalapenos are the worst, but habaneros run a close second. Maybe they have less fiber? BTW, I refer to this as “The Ring of Fire” or “taking a Johnny Cash dump”. ---

Nothing out of the ordinary about that at all. I am stone cold addicted to jalapino peppers and eat fistfulls of the crazy hot pickled kind every Friday night (which is paycheck/burrito night) and pay the price every Saturday afternoon. I’m a 28 year old who can (and does) eat just about anything so it’s not an age thing. Only difference I see is that _I_ tend to think of it as napalm rather than lava. ---

I usually do ok with jalapeno pizza, but when I eat a bunch of jalapenos straight up or something like [Crazy Jerry’s Lizard Eyes](http://store.yahoo.com/fire-spice/crazjerlizey.html)this, I am in misery for a while the next day. Christ those things are hot. I also hate that sick to your stomach feeling you get about ten minutes before you have to do your pennance… Ring of Fire…heheh 😉 ---

It is usually called the Ring of Fire when it is Asian cooking doing the dual burn on ya. When it is not Asian, it is simple La Flambe.
